RARE RAVERS Return Policy
At RARE RAVERS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the product. The item must be returned no later than the 14th day after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags.
- Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Include the order confirmation in the return package.
How to Return Your Order?
- Log in to your account via your customer account (if you placed an order, you can log in automatically by entering your email address and verifying with the code sent via email).
- Click on "Request Return" for the order you want to return. If your order contains multiple items, select only the items you wish to return.
- Carefully pack the items in the original packaging and send them to the following return address:

Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund or reduce the amount if the returned items are not in their original condition.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days at service@rareravers.com. We will assess the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement product or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it within 2 hours after placing it.
- Contact us as soon as possible at service@rareravers.com to request a cancellation.
United Kingdom
For customers in the United Kingdom: please note that VAT and import duties cannot be reclaimed through us. You may be able to request a refund through your local customs office.
