RARE RAVERS is a fashion brand that focuses on fashion for 'ravers' in the (hard)techno/festival scene. We offer a collection of unique fashion accessories such as: sunglasses, harnesses, chokers, jewelry, gloves and more. With our accessories you can transform a basic outfit into a stylish and striking look, making your party experience even more intense.

For a product in question, you will usually find the dimensions of a product under 'specifications'. If you have any doubts, please contact us for size advice.
Netherlands
- Delivery Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will also be delivered on Saturday.
- Shipping Costs: €4.95 – Free for orders over €50.
Belgium
- Delivery Time: Delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Costs: €7.95 – Free for orders over €75.
Germany
- Delivery Time: Delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Costs: €7.95 – Free for orders over €75.
Rest of the EU (except Malta & Cyprus)
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.
- Shipping Costs: €11.95 – Free for orders over €100.
Malta & Cyprus
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.
- Shipping Costs: €21.95 – Free for orders over €150.
Our orders are shipped via Post NL or DHL.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at service@rareravers.com within 2 hours.

Yes, we offer tracking for domestic and international shipments. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, an overview of the order and the delivery address. Can't find it? Check your spam box first. If you can't find an email from us here either, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and keep your order number at hand. It is possible that an incorrect email address was entered.
Unfortunately, we can no longer change address details after an order has been placed. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via service@rareravers.com to look at possible solutions.
Check your mailbox and Track & Trace code to see if your order has been delayed by the courier (also check your spam box). Does this not provide clarity? Contact us via service@rareravers.com
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
You can create a return via your customer account. For more information, click on 'Returns' at the bottom of this page.
To ensure that your desired size is not sold out, we recommend ordering the product directly from the website instead of waiting for your return to be processed. This way, you are assured of your size and prevent the product from being temporarily unavailable. You then return the product to us with the wrong size.
No, the costs for returning an order will not be reimbursed by RARE RAVERS . The shipping costs for a return shipment are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
If you have received a defective or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at service@rareravers.com . Please include a photo of the defect or damage so we can quickly assess the problem. We will provide a solution, such as a replacement product or refund, at no additional cost to you.
Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will refund the payment to the original payment method within 14 days. It may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear on your bank account. Please keep the proof of postage of your return until you have received confirmation of receipt.
